Mentoring

The utilisation of external expertise also plays a crucial role in the development of a company. HBSP has a network of 100 mentors who have received training from the Employment and Economic Development Centre and who all have an excellent track-record in business and industry. A mentor can work with a company as a coach or an advisor and, if the personal chemistry is good, can even become a board member or provide financing.
